What is an agricultural knapsack sprayer?
The agricultural knapsack sprayer is a sprayer that sprays liquid through a hand-held nozzle connected to a pressurized reservoir on the operator's back. The agricultural knapsack sprayer can be used to spray liquids, such as fertilizers, herbicides, and fungicides, and is suitable for spot treatment areas.
Method:
Follow the manufacturer's instructions to assemble your sprayer (if new).
Make sure you have the appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including rubber boots, work clothes, gloves, and a face shield.
Make sure the sprayer is calibrated to the required dose-please refer to our guide on how to calibrate the sprayer.
Fill the spray can with the required amount of water. We recommend that you always read and follow the manufacturer's label and instructions before use, and use it in the recommended proportions.
Measure the required chemicals in the mixing tank in a safe environment. If the chemical container is new and sealed with foil, simply turn the lid upside down, press on the foil seal, and twist to remove it.
Add chemicals to the sprayer with water. We recommend not to mix more than required.
Rinse the measuring cup three times.
Stir the sprayer to ensure that the liquid is completely mixed.
Now you can spray. Put the sprayer on your back and adjust it to comfort.
When using the agricultural knapsack sprayer, you must always wear PPE personal protective equipment. This includes work clothes, rubber boots, chemical-resistant gloves, and face shields.
