Hey everyone, I’ve got this old stove that I just can’t bring myself to get rid of—it’s been with me for over 15 years and still kinda works. But lately, it’s been acting up, burners sometimes don’t ignite, and it’s just not cooking evenly. I’m torn between repairing it or finally letting it go. Has anyone had luck repairing older appliances, or is it time to move on?

I’ve got an old dryer that’s been with me forever, and I wasn’t ready to say goodbye either. I called Max Appliance Repair for appliance repair Toronto when my dryer was having heating issues, and they were able to fix it up with no problem. Their tech knew exactly what he was dealing with—even with an older model, he had the right parts on hand. It ended up being a simple fix with the heating coil, and the whole thing was way cheaper than buying new. So yeah, sometimes it’s definitely worth getting a pro to take a look, especially when you’re not ready to give up on an old favorite. Plus, they’re super upfront with costs, so you know what you’re in for before deciding. Might be worth a shot!
