The role of Cleanroom Wipes

  •

Take a closer look at the wipers of Cleanroom Wipes
The wiper is used to clean everything in the facility, from the operator's gloves to the production equipment. They collect wet and dry contaminants and hang them for processing.

Wipers are usually used in conjunction with clean room cleaning solutions to ensure maximum cleaning. This can be done by wetting the cloth with a solution, wetting the surface with a solution, or using a pre-saturated cloth.

    Material
The wiper fabric is made of synthetic materials, natural materials, or a combination of both. It is very important to choose the right material for your wiper to ensure that your clean room meets regulations.

    Polyester
These can be single-layer or double-layer woven, or double-layer or multilayer. They can also be tubular or crimped. They are the best in terms of cleaning, and they excel in absorbing solvents and resisting chemicals. However, they are not very durable and do not absorb water or heat well.
    nylon
Their construction is similar to polyester, but they are more durable and heat resistant.
    Polycellulose
As the name suggests, these wipers are made of a non-woven blend of polyester and cellulose. This makes them very absorbent and durable, but not very heat resistant.
    cotton
Cotton wipers are most suitable for high temperature use. They are also very durable and absorbent.
    Foam
These wipers are made of open-cell polyurethane foam. They are solvent resistant and cannot withstand high temperatures well, but they are very absorbent and can carry large amounts of liquid.
    Composite material
These have an inner cellulose layer bonded to two outer polypropylene layers. They are very clean and very absorbent.
