Jay Cutler is reportedly targeting the Week 14 start date for his return from his ankle injury Mut 24 Coins. However, his situation for playing next Monday isn't known until after this week. Bears head coach Marc Trestman said Cutler remains "week-to-week."
The Bears are expected to return to training on Thursday and Cutler's involvement amount could go a great way to determining whether he's eligible against Dallas. If he's able practice, even in limited fashion, he could be on track to return on Monday. But if not it may turn out to be Josh McCown getting another start for the Bears.
McCown has been a good player for Chicago however, the absence of Cutler has been evident across the board. The Bears score an average of 29 points per game in games Cutler starts and 22.8 PPG for games played by McCown.
A new video is shown Mike Tomlin taking a step toward the sideline
Mike Tomlin has been the center of controversy after allegedly interfering in a Baltimore kick return last week. Tomlin admitted that he was viewing the play on the jumbotron but didn't think about where he was when he entered the field. The video released today appears to show Tomlin walking towards the field, which caused Jones to shift his direction.
The Madden NFL 24 review is underway of the incident. Steelers Security Ryan Clark said there was no motive by Tomlin The Ravens coach John Harbaugh and the Ravens have moved on from the situation.
