Advantages of bathroom vanity and sink

  • Bathroom vanity and sink is an instrument used to collect gas by drainage method or to hold large amounts of water and can be used to wash tableware and food. Its main material is stainless steel. In addition to stainless steel, there are iron enamel, ceramics and so on.

The sink process is divided into four steps: welding and stretching, surface treatment, corner treatment, and bottom spraying of the sink. Sink should pay attention to maintenance and maintenance. As far as the sink market is concerned, there are three types: integral stamping (also called integral stretching or conjoined stretching), seam welding (also called bottom welding) and butt welding. Both seam welding and butt welding belong to the welding basin.

The most common ones in the market are produced by the seam welding process. This process mainly stretches two single-slot tanks, then presses a panel, welds the two tanks to the panel, and then performs grinding treatment. In the process, the requirements for the trough stretching equipment are low, and hydraulic equipment within 500 tons can be produced.

However, its requirements for welding and grinding processes are relatively high. Generally, domestic brands usually use manual seam welding and manual grinding. The joint between the tank body and the panel is relatively rough, and there are often false welding. Imported brands use CNC welding and CNC polishing to eliminate false welding, and the polished joints are very smooth and beautiful.

The advantages of bathroom vanity and sink are: 1. The shape of the sink panel can be diversified, and the cost of factory production molds is low (the tank mold can be shared); 2. The sink panel can be made of drawing or embossing materials, which is beautiful and generous. 3. It is possible to make a trough with a small R angle, which is close to a square shape and has a larger use space.

The disadvantages of bathroom vanity and sink are: 1. The welding process damages the stainless steel, which easily breaks the austenite molecular structure of the stainless steel and reduces the corrosion resistance. 2. The welding and polishing process requirements are high, and ordinary equipment is difficult to be competent. 3. Large waste of materials and high cost.
