If the goods are not in stock, we will dispatch your order by Standard Delivery on the first working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the goods in our logistics centre. The goods will be received in our logistics centre within the period specified in the product sheet on our website (e.g. "Dispatch within approx. 1-2 weeks"). Please note that your goods will be dispatched after the order check has been completed and payment has been received. The shipping time within Germany (mainland only) is 1-3 working days for parcels and 2-6 working days for pallets from the date of dispatch. If the expected delivery date falls on a Sunday or national bank holiday, the delivery will be postponed to the next working day. Saturdays are only considered working days when a package (not a pallet) is shipped. Bank transfers can take 1 to 3 business days until the payment is received. WK=Week, WD=Working days
