How do I rectify send/receive error of Outlook?

I am hardly troubling to send or receive emails through my Microsoft outlook. Microsoft outlook is one of the most powerful email services, which is mainly used by all types of business users. When I apply the appropriate command to My MS outlook to send the emails, I am experiencing send/receive error in my account. I am doing all the things in the right ways, even I am not able to send or receive emails through my MS outlook account. I am applying my effective techniques to rectify this technical issue, but I don’t’ obtain the success in solving this error. There can be several reasons of this error, but I don’t have skills to find out the actual reasons.
