    Principle of single screw extruder:

    The last thread of the material port is called the conveying section: the material must not be plasticized here, but it must be preheated and compacted.     The second section is called the compression section. At this time, the volume of the screw groove gradually becomes smaller, and the temperature must reach the degree of plasticization of the material.     The third section is the metering section, where the material maintains the plasticizing temperature, but the melt material is accurately and quantitatively transported like a metering pump to supply the machine head. At this time, the temperature cannot be lower than the plasticizing temperature, generally slightly higher.
    The shell of the extruder head is generally fixed on the fuselage with bolts. The mold inside the head contains a core seat, and then is fixed to the inlet port of the head with a nut, and the inside of the core seat A core is also installed, and there are holes in the center of the core and the core seat, which are used to pass the core wire. Depending on the type of pressure, the extrusion process can be divided into continuous extrusion and intermittent extrusion.
