When the rubber extruder machine produces products, it is necessary to control the temperature of the equipment within a certain range before it can be produced. However, the types of plastic raw materials are different, so the temperature of the equipment used in the production is also different. This needs to be combined with the plasticization performance of the plastic raw materials to select the production temperature of the plastic extruder. Usually, at least three temperature control sections are designed on the screw of the plastic extruder. Generally, the longer the screw, the more temperature control units. Before production, the production temperature of each temperature control section must be adjusted according to actual needs, that is, each temperature section is heated. Only after the temperature of the screw barrel and screw reaches the temperature we want, the equipment can be started and the feeding port can be filled with plastic particles.
The plastic particles enter the screw barrel through the feeding system, and the screw barrel heats the particles. After the temperature of the plastic particles increases, a plasticizing reaction will occur and the raw materials will be compressed continuously as the screw rotates. In this case, the plastic raw material and the screw barrel perform work before producing self-produced temperature. The temperature of the equipment will continue to rise, and if the temperature of the plastic is too high during the production process, the plastic will change in quality or even burn. Therefore, after the temperature of the screw barrel of the plastic extruder rises to the set maximum value, we will start the cooling system to cool the equipment. Only the temperature of the screw barrel of the plastic extruder is constant can make the equipment production more stable.
