    Rolling thread
    This thread is made by a forming process, where the thread is produced when the fastener material passes through a set of hardened metal molds under high pressure. The mold penetrates the smooth non-threaded material to form a finished thread with perfect thread root and thread crest. H

    • By deforming and cold working the bolts during the rolling process, the bolts become stronger (without thread tears and cracks)-and therefore more elastic.

    Cutting thread
    The cutting thread is made by actually cutting or machining into a round bar and removing material from a large part to form the roots and peaks of the thread.

    • Almost all specifications can be met.
    • Bolts can be manufactured according to more specific size and size requirements, and there are almost no restrictions on their diameter and thread length.
    • It is possible to manufacture bolts with a much larger diameter than the rolling thread process.
    • Simple setting is very suitable for small batch operation
