The uneven gap between the convex and concave molds of China Nut will also produce burrs. The material after the material can be judged according to the uniformity of the bright band on the cutting surface. In the actual debugging process, the burr phenomenon should be resolved before debugging. The above phenomenon can be found in the mold assembly process. If the accuracy of the mold assembly can be guaranteed and the punching with a reasonable clearance, the problem of burrs can be solved.
The fundamental reason for the upward movement of waste is "adsorption force between waste and punch> friction between waste and die, waste gravity". Especially for small-diameter punching of thin plates, the friction between the material retained in the die and the die is relatively small, which can easily cause the waste to move up. In the actual production process, the specific reasons are more complicated, mainly as follows.
(1) When the gap between the male mold and the female mold is too large, the scrap will easily move up.
(2) Since the straight wall of the concave mold is polished or high-precision grinding, the straight wall of the concave mold is too smooth, and the waste material is likely to move up.
(3) The straight wall of the die is too high, the stored waste is too much, the downward friction increases, and the waste is likely to move up.
(4) The waste material does not fall smoothly, and it encounters other parts under the cutting edge of the die, causing the waste material to block and easily move up the waste material.
(5) When the sheet is punched, the shape of the blanking waste is large and thin, and it is tightly adsorbed under the punch.
(6) Due to the use of high-viscosity lubricating oil, adhesion occurs due to high adhesion.
(7) The cutting edge is too sharp after grinding the die.
(8) The position and function of the unloading plate are inappropriate, and the gap with the periphery of the punch is uneven.
(9) In the process of mold processing or stamping production, magnetism is generated on the convex mold to cause adsorption.
(10) In the stamping production process, the punch is inserted into the concave mold to cut the depth.
(11) There is an error in the shape of the concave die of Bolt Factory. When punching, the size d of the discharged waste is smaller than the diameter of the die hole D, and the waste is likely to move up.
