Enter the first tier at North Vern, using:
Party Finder menu
Town Shrines
Each dungeon tier requires your gear to have the following ranks:
Tier 1: 250
Tier 2: 340
Tier 3: 380
Tier 4: 420
You can also clear all other dungeons on both Normal and Hard modes, but these will grant you Harmony Shards only at the very end of each run.
It might take you a few hours to complete all of them, but it’s only required once and the rewards are largely worth it. If you don’t want to go through all of them just yet, the faster ones to complete are Toto Silver, the beginning of the Starlight Isle quests, Dreamgull Island, White Wave Island, and Shadow Island, for example.
Another way to easily farm Harmony Shards in Lost Ark is by exchanging Bloodstones for Harmony Shards. Bloodstones are a currency that is rewarded to the player whenever they complete tasks or provide donations for their Guild. Similar to the Perception Shard-trading NPC mentioned above, a Guild NPC will offer a range of items for Lost Ark players on Steam to trade their Bloodstones with.
