  •  Checking steps of Heavy Duty Truck Clutch:  :

      (1) Clutch pedal mechanism, ①The pedal has no free stroke. Inspection and adjustment method: Peng lightly press the clutch pedal, if it can move down easily (10~30 mm), it means that the pedal has a free stroke; if the pedal cannot move down, but it can move very hard, it means that the pedal has no free stroke At this time, it is necessary to adjust the stroke in time ②Check whether the pedal is stuck when returning. Inspection method: Slowly step on or release the clutch pedal. At this time, carefully observe and feel whether there is any jamming. If any, replace the defective part.

      (2) Clutch separation mechanism, ① Check whether there is a gap in the push rod of the wheel cylinder by hand. Inspection method: The push rod of the wheel cylinder can be easily moved by hand, indicating that there is a free gap; if it cannot be moved, it means that there is no free gap. At this time, the gap must be adjusted in time (Note: The push rod of the constant contact type wheel cylinder has no free gap. )②The oil leakage of the master cylinder, oil or gas leakage of the sub-cylinder causes poor oil return of the control system. If there is oil or air leakage, repair it or replace it with a new one. ③The sub-cylinder return. The position spring fails, or the fork shaft rotates to issue a pin. Inspection method: Check whether the spring is invalid or not. If it fails, replace it with a new one. Pull the rocker arm. If it can be easily moved, it means that there is no card issuing; if it cannot be moved, it means that there is a card issuing phenomenon. At this time, it is necessary to check whether there is any foreign matter or damage on the shaft sleeve and replace it with a new one if any.

      (3) Disassemble the gearbox and clutch to check, ①Release bearing return jamming or bearing return spring failure. Inspection method: Move the release bearing back and forth by hand. At this time, check whether the bearing is stuck. If it is stuck, remove the oil and foreign matter at the bearing seat, and reapply high-temperature grease evenly. If the bearing is damaged, replace it with a new one. , If the spring fails, replace it with a new one. ②The clutch is not installed properly, or the installation bolt is loose or broken. Inspection method: Check whether the clutch is installed in place and whether the fixing bolts are loose or broken. If the installation is not in place, reinstall it. The bolts should be tightened if they are loose, and the bolts should be replaced if they are broken. If the clutch is damaged, replace it with a new one. ③There is a foreign body between the clutch cover and the diaphragm spring. Inspection method: carefully check whether there is a foreign matter between the cover and the diaphragm spring. If there is foreign matter, it should be removed under conditions. After removal, if the separation finger is on the same level, you can continue to use it. If it is inconsistent, replace it with a new one ④ Flywheel The working surfaces of the pressure plate and the friction plate have oil stains or foreign matter sticking to them. Check whether there is oil or foreign matter on the working surface of the flywheel, pressure plate, and friction plate. If there is oil or foreign matter, it should be removed and reinstalled. ⑤The height difference of the flywheel working surface is greater than 0.4 mm. Inspection method: Use a steel ruler with a suitable tire on the flywheel working surface, the pressure is stable, and the ruler is used to test the flywheel_working surface height difference, if the height difference is less than 0.4 mm, you can continue to use it, if the height difference is greater than 0.4 mm, then Replace with new parts ⑥The height difference of the pressure plate surface of the clutch cover assembly is greater than 0.4mm. Inspection method: Use a steel ruler suitable for the tire to stand on the working surface of the pressure plate, press it firmly by the hand, and then use a feeler gauge to detect the height difference of the pressure plate working surface, if the height difference is less than 0.4 mm, it can continue to be used, such as the height difference If it is greater than 0.4 mm, replace it with a new one. ⑦The pressure plate surface of the clutch cover assembly is completely ablated and broken. Treatment method: If the pressure plate is found to be broken, it should be replaced with a new one. ⑧The diaphragm spring of the clutch cover assembly is broken. Treatment method: If the diaphragm spring is found to be broken, it should be replaced with a new one. ⑨The friction plate of the clutch-driven disc is worn to the exposed rivet head, causing abrasion of the flywheel surface and the pressure plate surface.
