Avoid Harm By Manual Fertilizer Seeder

  • Everyone hopes to use Corn Sheller safely and smoothly. If you want to do this, follow the instructions given by the large corn thresher manufacturer:

Due to the intense work of the thresher and the harsh environment, the personnel involved in threshing operations must be educated in safe operation so that they understand the operating procedures and safety common sense, such as tight sleeves, masks and protective glasses.

Before using the thresher, you must carefully check whether the rotating and swinging parts are flexible and free of collision; check whether the adjustment mechanism is normal and whether the safety facilities are complete and effective; make sure that there is no debris in the machine, and all lubricating parts must be filled with lubricating oil.

Before the thresher is turned on, the work site should be cleaned up, and no debris that has nothing to do with threshing should not be placed; children are forbidden to play on the site to avoid accidents.

When working, the feeding must be even, and the wheat should be directly pushed into the drum. It is not allowed to push the wheat into the drum with hands or branches or other tools; strictly prevent stones, sticks and other hard objects from being fed into the machine.

The joint of the transmission belt must be firm; it is strictly forbidden to pick up the belt or touch any object to the transmission part when the machine is running.

The transmission ratio between the selected supporting power and the Manual Fertilizer Seeder must meet the requirements, so as to avoid excessively high speed of the thresher, severe vibration, damage to parts or loose fasteners.
