  Amazon Games has done a fantastic job for one of their first games in creating an MMO that is alive with life and activities for players to participate in. Almost everything you do in the game contributes to the advancement of a skill in some way. Every skill and profession can be worked towards mastery, making it very easy to shift your focus at any given time, regardless of your current location. I understand why some games might limit the number of professions available to solo players or players in a small group of friends, but it makes sense to be able to progress through all professions at the same rate.
  
  In spite of the fact that there have been some issues with servers, lag, and server transfers, it is easy to overlook these issues when you are immersed in a truly awesome game. In terms of balance, the developers appear to have achieved an ideal balance between PVP and PVE, ensuring that players of either preference will have an equal amount of activities to enjoy. While I have no doubt that there will be additional issues to deal with in the future, New World is an MMO that is well worth your time if you're willing to wait for a solution.
