PPE completed its relocation to a new 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in late December, more than doubling the company's production capacity in the process.

     

    PPE, based in Phoenix, Arizona, manufactures complex miniature aluminum extrusions for companies such as 3M and Boeing, as well as Pentair and aluminium seamless pipeMedPlast. PPE also manufactures extruded aluminum tubing for companies such as 3M and Boeing.

    Construction on the state-of-the-art aluminum extrusion factory began on November 11, 2019, and the company expects to have its first aluminum extrusion press operational by the summer of 2020, according to extruded aluminium pipeits website.

    PPE's proprietary technology allows them to extrude tubes with an outside diameter as small as.094, aluminum with a wall thickness as thin as.010, and tubing with outside diameter tolerances as tight as +/-.0005 using a variety of materials.

    A wide range of products, including disposable surgical instruments and medical diagnostic equipment, as well as commercial aircraft and linear slide systems, contain components aluminium coil for personal protective aluminium coil manufacturer equipment (PPE).
