  While the missing characters bug has been resolved, other issues have created new complications.

  Yesterday's debut of diablo 2 resurrected items for sale was far from flawless. Shortly after it went live, stories of characters vanish began to pour in. Blizzard brought the game offline for "unscheduled maintenance," and everything appeared to be back to normal a couple hours later.
