Please do not continue to pressurize at this time, just tighten the pressure regulating handle gently. If you continue to pressurize, the shaft will deform and the operation will fail
  2. After the pressure is adjusted, the pictures and cold laminating film between the two shafts are drawn out from between the two shafts. Prepare to install the film.

  Press the cut cold laminating film (slightly larger than the picture) into the two shafts (the film is facing down and the release paper is down), the front end of the cold laminator is pressed by the two shafts, the film and the release paper are separated, and the film is pulled Go to the back of the machine, wrap the upper roller, and lay the release paper flat on the front work panel. At the position close to the shaft, gently press the release paper with your hand to separate the film and release paper as much as possible. Place the picture on the release paper, straighten it from the middle of the upper end of the picture to both sides by hand, turn the machine, and evenly press the picture into the two rollers. Don't just push in the sides of the graph. Carelessly press the front side of the figure into the shaft in parallel, otherwise the part pressed into the shaft will gradually appear wrinkles and cause malfunction. If you are not sure whether the character is pressed parallel to the shaft, you can use 1 cm wide double-sided adhesive paper (2-3 cm long) to glue the front end of the character three or four places with release paper.   Problem handling
  When there is a feeling of "fog" in a large area of ​​the screen:
  1. Insufficient film pressure-adjust the pressure of the cold laminator;
  2. The two ends of the cold laminator are not flat---adjust the adjusting screw of the cold laminator to make the distance evenly;
  3. Above the photo paper-the surface of the photo paper is not flat, generally around 25 degrees, will disappear automatically after 2-3 hours, the higher the temperature, the faster it will disappear;
  4. Over PP glue---A. If there is no "rough" feeling in the PP glue picture with your hands, please follow the above method; B. If there is a "rough" feeling, you need to add more PP glue;
  5. Glue viscosity is not good at low temperature --- A. Increase the use environment temperature. B. Replace the cold laminating film
